Production and Shipping:

Most items are made to order.  Please allow up to 1 week for production before shipping.  For rush orders please contact kathryn@codyferris.com. 

Items will ship USPS with tracking and tracking numbers will be emailed within 24 hours of shipping.

Returns and exchanges:

We want you to love your jewelry, but if you'd like to return or exchange an item please reach out within 14 days of receipt.  All items must be unworn in order to receive a refund or credit.

Custom requests:

If you have a custom request for an item not featured on the site, please contact kathryn@codyferris.com.  

Additional information:

All items are sealed with wax.  Due to the nature of the materials, natural patinas and oxidation may change the color of your jewelry.  The best way to store your jewelry is in a ziploc bag to prevent further oxidation.
